The transaction was taken from my card to UK Driving Help.co.uk with a Ref of R7EGXLS. Led to believe it was ref my Driving Licence. When no licence had arrived I decided to check and have discovered it is a scam. Surf&Pay.com

I am disgusted with myself for falling for this. I thought I had done everything properly but now find that I am 69 pounds out of pocket and do not have a driving licence. As I am a pensioner this has come as a shock.

The same has happened to me. They were supposed to process my licence but took the money and did nothing. My licence has run out too.

Same with me. They came up on Google for renewals, and look official. Fortunately I realised it was a scam before sending my licence off, but still paid the fee.

These people were stlll advertising in July 2021 and I unwittingly completed their mock-up over 70 DVLA app. thinking I was on the official website. I was sent an official form to complete manually but the wrong form!.The business address is a mailbox with over 3000 subscribers. There is an Estonian address on the website. The payment should be recoverable under the Banks chargeback arrangements

Yes I was caught for the £69.99 renewal fee . Having used the www.gov.uk/renew-driving-licence-at-70 it seems, unbeknown to me, I was redirected to UK DRIVING HELP. Unfortunately I did not remember renewal was free for 70s and over. Why is the DVLA allowing this to happen especially from their website? Our bank has had quite a few cases of this scam.

re UK Drivinghelp How did this company get hold of my driver number in order to send me the form for signing? Was it an inside job with DVLA staff providing the info? I sincerely hope not.
