They charged my account $19.95 when I told them I wasn't ordering anything and not to take many out of my account
what's action can be done they don't leave contact #just pull money from your account i have no idea what's going on...just got $19.95 from my account.
Please discontinue this subscription.
Charged my card $2.95 on 11/16/20 for a "service" I don't remember ordering. Waded through multiple recorded promotions before the line went dead. The 2d call brought other recorded promotions of different "offers". On 3d call I got through to an agent whose kids were screaming in the background throughout our call. The agent did cancel my "service" but says can't refund initial card transaction. I suggest this whole "sweep" is a scam and glad I caught it early!
tried to contact them by phone, on hold for 30 minutes. pressed #1 like recording said for call back, phone rang once. cannot talk to anyone. think this is a scam.
IT'S A SCAM!!!! Phone number to cancel is never answered. Customer service is no service. They refer you to the number that is never answered. I never ordered this. Don't know how they got my info. Reported to bank. Had to cancel debit card. People like this need to be in jail.
This IDSWEEP charge my credit card twice yesterday March 2022 and last February too which I don't know what I'm paying for
