Charge for $29.95 on debit card today from SVCT.com! No idea why...how do I get it cancelled.

Told them wanted canceled said they would but they were goin to give me all 3 credit bureaus scores (which they never did) and then check my balance other day and saw they charged me again anyway.. Didnt want or know exactly why i got charged first but then a second time! wtf

Charged my card for $1 last week, and hit me with a $29.95 charge today. NOT a charge I ever have authorized: SCAM. Reporting fraudulent now.

I tried calling and finally got a hold of a customer representative which barely knows English that had a terrible pun jabi accent and so I asked to cancel the damn thing because I did not even authorize it and then she told me that they can only cancel it after a certain day and so I screamed at cussed at her then hung up, so a couple of days later they charged me again even though they told me to call back on a certain.....now I'm forced to just cancel my card

This company have taken money off my card without permission from me. How can I stop this from happening again. I don't even know nothing about this company. This need to be refunded to me, they took $30.95 from me.

call your financial institute and have them put a stop payment on them. then file a fraud charge against them through your bank, to get your money back.

charged $1.00 US which was $1.43 CDN on Jan 5/16 and then charged $29.95 US which was $43.88 CDN on Jan 13/16. Spent over 2 hours on phone with them and was promised a refund. Did not receive it so called again and got hung up on 4 times them put on hold for 35 minutes then got hung up on. Questioned them as to what they did and never got an answer.

I called and they said they canceled by trial two days ago but I checked my account today and it charged $29.95 plus $9.95. I've been calling and it would hang up. Unless I get some answers I wil be taking this to court.

I signed for free trial when I realized they charged my card $29.95 first number I called someone answered and hung up looked online found another number called it and got clicked on again found a third number on their contact us page called a guy pick forgien accent told him I want to cancel services and get a refund and the first thing out his mouth was how you get this number and I told him online and he started interrogating on how and where I found their number than finally got someone who said I will be refunded with 3-5 business days been 3-5 business days and still no refund

Its 4:30 am and i just get text that 30 bucks and some change was taken from my card. I have cancelled any and all trials i had. This is crap and i intend it to be made right.

I saw this charge of $9.95 was pending in my account. I called the customer service number provided for svcrt and had to be transferred to a rep. that could understand what I was trying to say. I now have a cancellation number and was told I would be issued a refund in 3 to 5 days. I questioned the rep. to make sure I would have no other charges. We shall see.

I saw a $1 pending charge on my CC then it posted. Called my CC company and told them this is a fraudulent charge and to reverse the charge. She wanted to cancel the CC number and issue me a new one but then told me that they may have the account ID with that CC so if you change CC numbers you still maybe charged on the new number. What a scam!!! The best thing to do is close the account permanently OR put a freeze if you can on that CC number so NO ONE can charge that account number with anything! Just my .02 cents!!

Today was my 4th call to this company for the two illegal charges they made to my card. One charge was 50.00 each time i call a representative says there system has a problem, or a delay and when I ask for a supervisor the supervisor says they have refunded the charges back to my card, please allow three to five days,this has been since April,it's now June 10th. I don't understand what's going on,how this company can get away with what there doing and take people's money and outright lie when you call them. I work hard for my money,bills to pay and this sure wasn't one of them. I have reported them to my bank.

SVCRT.com is a legitimate service. I have it on one of my cards for the last 2 periods of billing I finally did a search on it with the numbers following it it showed me who was charging my card I was able to contact this business and put a stop to it I forgot about a trial membership. So don't blame SVCRT they are only the company reporting who took your money not the money grabbers themselves

I never heard of them. My card got charged and i didnt have enough funds with paying bills. So on top of a fraud charge i got an overdraft fee of 36$ thanks for making things tougher on me. Now i have to wait 3 to 5 days for a new card. Scam fraud i have it being investigated

I did not authorize this bogus company to charge my account $30.95 in total charges. Now I will have to cancel my card and have a different attached to my checking account. I tried to get a straight answer on the phone but couldn't understand the representative I spoke with because of a heavy East Indian accent. When I tried to get my money refunded they just gave me the run around and said that I ordered their service online, which I didn't order!!! Don't have anything to do with this scam company!

This company along with its twin, CRSCR.com, are credit protection marketing scams. They bill you $1.00 trial fees, then will charge you $29.95 per month for their services after 7 days. When you call their hotline to cancel, they will ask for your name, zipcode, email, and/or the last four digits of the card that was charged. They will claim you don't have an account with them and also claim any "pending" charges will not go through. That's not true. In essence, they will not let you cancel. So your best course of action is to contact your credit card company and have the card cancelled before any more charges are made. If you had charges withdrawn, talk to your card's fraud department, and you may be able to be re-credited for the charges, however, every credit card company is different, so you may or may not receive re-credit. Also, contact the Better Business Bureau, and file a complaint. Be aware of "free money" offers on the Internet or telephone that require you to take surveys with a series of offers for you to choose from. SRVTS.com and CRSCR.com will use these pathways to retrieve compromised credit card information. I have cannclled this service by going through the a different business agency...and it worked. I got refunded what I lost but would never cash a check they sent me through the mail for whatever reason. But when I looked at my statement this morning my NEW CARD got changed for the same amount of $29.95. WHAT THE HE'LL IS WRONG WITH THEM?

I used to have an account with BBVA like 5 years now and these scammers are still trying to take 39.95 and i get verified on my email that the transaction is declined because i no longer have this bank account open, they need to stop trying to get my money because they will never get it
