As far as I can tell, AEK Catering is the food truck that spends most of its time on Warren Street on NJIT's Campus. I ordered a platter for $6.50 from them and got charged $6.80. They didn't mention a charge for credit cards (and it isn't posted anywhere on the truck), but I guess it's to be expected from a small food vendor. I always thought it was silly that they don't have any sort of branding or name for their truck. I guess now I know what to call them... AEK Catering.
I can confirm that AEK Catering is a food truck, their actual name is A la Carte food truck
