I have a charge for $19.95 for Balanced Media Service and I don't remember signing up for this service. I don't know what media services this is talking about.
I just received a $19.95 charge from Balance Media as well...what is this and HOW do I correct it?!!
One of these charges keeps showing up on my 83 year old mothers card.
I just was charged 19.95 from balance media service as well I have no clue what it is.
I was charged with this on my credit card, and is currently pending for 19.99, and have no idea what this service is or how they got my information. I read through all the complaints so far keep seeing the same thing that they must have ordered something which triggered this charge and I know I never did. I seriously hope this company gets looked into.

I called the phone number associated with this $19.95 charge, (888) 332-4560, and it belongs to: HEALTH LEADER MD. There are 2 ways this charge can appear according to the CSR. One is to go directly to their website, and the other is to have ordered sone kind of ‘health related’ products such as vitamins, medications, etc online. Since my husband would never be buying anything like that online (or in person for that matter), I am fully convinced this is a SCAM!!!
