a charge of $3.44 just show up on my capital one card, it was declined by Capital One, they are sending me a new card. I was told someone in GUATEMALA was trying to use my card. If you see this on your credit card, call the issuer.
I had a charge of $5.77 on my Capital One card and received an email from Cap One letting me know that they felt it was suspicious. It appears to be fraud.
