This Chargue was done to BANAMEX MASTER CREDIT CARD , around 27 USD . csicdate.net 888-842-2905 FL BANAMEX has very old process to clarify ASAP these chargues. (have to go to the bank to get a number, after make the claim, waste time !!)

You will need to contact your banks to get the Continuous Payment Authority cancelled though Visa, Mastercard, or whichever kind of card you use. You don't need to rely on the company dealing fairly with you, also if you are not receiving what the subscription is charging for you can dispute the payments as Services Not Received.
