They charge me two times at a same time. How to refund my money back
ya same with me. i paid my postpaid bill, then subscribe for auto billing.. then digi charged me twice.. RM156 + RM156
I got this same double charge, checked with bank and telco. The double charge is due to subscribing to direct debit/auto-billing. The amount is an advance payment which should deduct from the following month's bill.

Today 29 September 2023 received an sms from my credit card saying a transacation of RM372 was for DIGI-RPS. I don't have any Digi account. Checked my credit card statement and there was indeed a charge for RM372 with status Pending. Call my credit card company but they say to call Digi. Digi say they could not find any such transaction. Have to call my credit card company again to cancel card.
