Adquiri la licencia para un software, luego se me ha cargado mes a mes elprecio en mi tarjeta cuando era un solo pago, es un fraude y no se como detenerlo. No existe un apagina para reclamos, ni para darse de baja. SUERTE!!!!

signed up for 5 day free trial. When I went in (later that day) to cancel, it would not let me click to cancel. I tried again the next day - it still would not let me cancel. I had to contact my CC company to block the upcoming charge. We got them on the phone and let her know the call was being recorded. She said she would cancel my membership because they were having problems with cancellations online. I think they know that it won't let you cancel and just hope that most people have to pay at least the first month before figuring out how to get rid of them. SCAM.

I only enter in its webpage only for have a trial exam simulator software to study (another webpage redirected myself to this ). I was very naive an in a hurry that i made a mistake and i gave them my credit card data (they said only 5 days free suscription without). They charged me one dollar without access my pay pal account I think there are an agreement among both. The service which they offer is a fake.

el dia 20 de octubre me registre en esta opcion y me dijeron que primero habia una prueba de 5 dias y luego yo decido si acepto o no este servicio pero sin haber pasado los 5 dias ya aparecieron dos cargos en mi tarjeta que por los pronto los voy a reportar al banco que no los autorizo y no voy a querer este servicio por no cumplir lo que ofrecen:cobraron antes de pasar los cinco dIas,el numero de referencia es 083-82-1934818794.asi que por este medio cancelo cualquier operacion a dirtgame.yo ya lo reporte al banco donde tengo mi cuenta..no se ve honesto todo esto,es un fraude.
me aparece en la tarjeta de credito un cobro por 4.95 dolares y no se de donde es ni por que se descuente en mi cuenta.

Buenas noches, me han estado cobrado 9.99€dos meses seguidos, no se como dame de baja de algo que en ningún momento me ha interesado y por supuesto no he contratado, les pido que den de baja mi cuenta, y no me vuelvan a cobrar mensualmente por algo que ni uso, ni quiero, y que me devuelvan la cantidad que me han cobrado. De no ser así, me dispondré a denunciar a dirtgame por fraude, estafa y trato de datos personales GDPR, para uso fraudulento.
