Ordered later described as "samples" of DVG Eye-tensity and KKB Skin Complex. Received and was charged on March credit card statement. April statement had another huge charge. Called and was told it was a subscription. Canceled. Bank America card won't allow charges to be disputed. Future charges can be canceled. Calling BBB in Santa Ana, CA.
Same Comment at Vivian's, My wife barely recalled ordering a sample for $5 and apparently buried in the contract language she accepted by clicking a box is their ability to charge a monthly fee which for me was $90. So my wife's sample cost us $185 and would have been more if I hadn't reviewed my charges and found it. TOTAL SCAM. !&$^%#*s.
Ditto to above. I ordered this product because it was endorsed by Joel Osteen and his wife. Pitiful. I thought I was receiving the first shipment for $5 for each sample. When I received the second shipment, I called to return the product (unopened) and they said they didn't allow returns. Then, I find out, when I get my CC statement, that not only was I charged for the second shipment that I wanted to return, I was also upcharged to the full price for the first shipment - the one I thought I was paying only $5 for! They did give me a partial credit when I told them that I would call an attorney., but I will NEVER do business with this group again. Buyer beware.
