Seems to be Hachettepartworks, magazine sub, don't know why they change their name from time to time on charges however.
This strange number is for some reason what Hatchett Partworks subscription shows up as on your statements from time to time, I was suspicious until my husband did some checking and asked their customer support.
never seen this b4 it is on my checking tho a couple times
This is a general payment gateway not specific to any given merchant. In my case it was caused by a payment to OVH (Also known as SoYouStart or Kimsufi)
