This is the charge for a Myanmar e-visa. Myanmar Government uses this Singapore based company for credit card transactions
I initially thought this was "rogue" but it is, indeed, the e-visa fee for Myanmar
Actually when you request your evisa online, there is a step when you enter the data of your credit card and there is a grey square where there is a clear message saying that the charge of you evisa will appear on your statement as ENETS*GALALUZ, in short no worries it is reliable website
I too was suspicious of two charges on our visa bill and called Chase but the charge was already three months old so they could not help. With a goole search a company called D&B Hoovers came up. They told me they were a data base company and GALALUZ may be a client. Another search brought me to this site and indeed, we applied for two Myanmar e-visas so everything is cool.
This charge is a legitimate charge generated for my evisa for Myanmar
This applies to my eVisa to Myanmar. No worries.
