After visiting this...club for a friend's birthday party charges for $279 have crept onto my card every 6 months... I helped pay for bottle service with this card and was going to tip the server with cash that I was collecting from the rest of the party. The server tried to hold my card hostage until I tipped her (she brought out the receipt without the card). I explained to her that I was going to give her the tip in collected cash, that I didn't want to be charged interest on a tip and how it would help her (new tax laws on tips increased, which can easily be heavily taxed on card charges...). She didn't like that so I ended up going to a 'manager', who was heavily accented from the Chech/Russian region. He gave it back to me, I gave her cash. The end? Nope Fraudulent charges from "Fallsway Restaurant" a couple of months later and 8 months later. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD!!!
