Apparently it is charged to verify your card or something like that. Supposedly, they return the money after they verify it. Still fishy. REALLY fishy.

This is probably a charge by your teenager. It is a charge to G2A.com which is an online video game distribution marketplace.

I bought a game on G2A.com, they said there would be no extra charge. For the past four days money has been taken off my card, anywhere from $2-$40 really not happy. Cancelling card and reporting as Fraudulent use.

I bought a $32 video game on their website and I was correctly charged with the grand price of the product. However, I was charged $53.65 the following day from a " G2A.COM KRAKOW" party. I did some research online to see where the issue resided and apparently those are fees are hidden for validation of the debit/credit card used for purchase. Link to FAQ about their statement to these unexpected charges >>> https://www.g2a.com/supporthub/?category=4&subcategory=202&question=196 NOTE: Look for this topic >>> "What is this 1Eur charge on my card just as I plugged it in to get your Shield subscription? It was supposed to be free!" Their response to this: "IIt actually is free of charge. The deduction is only temporary and this sum will get back on your card. It is merely a means to check the validity of your card and it is conducted by external card operators."

Hello, Some types of cards, commonly pre-paid cards, are restricted to the country they were issued in. Since we are originated in Europe, some of our customers experience such a charge when they try to add a card to G2A Pay but it gets rejected. The charge is always 1.00 Euro and it is performed by the card operator, to check the validity of the card. The sum is automatically refunded and after that the card operator has to process the refunded transaction, which can take some time. The 1.47 charge mentioned was 99% a G2A Shield Subscription charge which is set up by the customers as a recurring payment, in any case it can always be managed by going to pay.g2a.com and logging in with the e-mail associated with that G2A Account. The $53.65 instead of $32 looks like the price was not in $ but other currency, which is why the price seems different. In all situations please make sure to contact us at helpdesk(at)g2a.com, we will verify all of these inquiries and make sure everything is sorted out properly. If you have any further questions or doubts, keep in mind that you can always find additional information on G2A's FAQ or by con-tacting us on Live Chat or writing at helpdesk(at)g2a.com. Our consultants are there for you 24/7. See you again at G2A! Rob G2A Team

I love how G2A keeps asking to have you keep the subscription active when trying to cancel/unsubscribe. I don't know, but that alone seems shady.

both my sons gave their credit card details to the g2a.com site which is based in poland. Within a few days they were both getting hit with charges that do not appear on the site records. It looks like the card details are being passed on to scammers. The G2A help desk was not very helpful or alarmed by this. I would avoid this site!

I have had several charges on my debit card since the 27 of Oct. that were not made by me from G2a Krakow. The charges stem from over 133,00 + 85.00+ 26.00 and more not putting on the exact change. My bank notified me Sat. Oct. 28th and my card has been canceled since the 28th. of Oct and someone is still trying to use it. Please refrain from holding any money out of my acct. and put it back in. I live on a fixed income and barely make it from month to month and for these people to do this it is terrible I think it may have came from FaceBook games where I was hacked.

I just got 2 charges on my bank debit card from G2A KRAKOW?????? I have no idea and my bank will dispute the charge. 99% if I need to dispute I get my money back. Sooooooooooooooooo many people online are ripping everybody off (SCAM) . Most of the scams are from Europe, Russia and Poland, I have decided today I am only doing money orders or anything besides my debit card. I have been scammed at least 6 times this month (3 new debit cards now ). %*&!ES ME OFF!! I would suggest to everyone not to buy anything online connected to gaming. I have been charged $8.95 for 2 days in a row. BULL!$^#. AIMWARE DONT BUY FROM SCAM TOO! Good luck to everyone.

My nephew bought a game from Steamgames and a couple of days later I have a $15.04 charge from G2A. We had no contact with G2A at all. There should be no charge from them at all on my card. I will contact my bank and see about getting a refund this is crazy that I get charged by a company I am not even dealing with.

I was double charged by g2a. I purchased an csgo in game item from opskins which i have done on multiple occasions I have never had a problem the purchase was $267.70 which posted to my account under g2a limited which is what its always under. As I looked the next day I see a second charge on my account for $267.70 under g2a Krakow which is unfamiliar to me because I have never seen it under this name before so I assumed it was a mistake made by them and sent a support message to them. Knowing they take awhile I would suggest to file a claim with your cards company just in case. Im currently waiting for the charge to fall off my account once g2a notices this double charge.

This G2A Krackow scammers have hit us for over $1000 in many hits. My son has used every card for buying games and we have been hit. I am outraged and canceled the main card. How do I get rid of these. Have been to the bank and will report this to the fraud squad. Might even take it to the TV station. I am outraged...
