March 2, 2023 I got charged $68.50 and I'm on a fixed income so please refund me my money. My husband had his leg cut off so I haven't been able to handle this

I had a charge for $12.03 show up on my credit card this morning and they also tried to take the same amount off of my husband's. Also a friend of ours said they got almost $23 from him.

Got charged GBP 4,99 from GOOGLE *YouTube Me g.co/helppay# Checked everything - this charge doesn't appear anywhere in my billing. No subscriptions, nothing. Contested the charge via google they came back with a short email: "Hello, After reviewing your claim, we were unable to confirm fraudulent activity in this case, so no refund will be provided by Google at this time. If you would like to pursue the matter further, you can reach out to your financial institution." Not sure what to do next

I got charged 4 months in a roll for this charge. I never made it. Now it shows it ended on Dec25 2023. It said subscription ended but then it was on Dec 31,2023. I am sick of it. No real people to talk to . I'm trying one more time if nothing is resolved I will completely close all my Google account. I never pay or buy anything on YouTube.
