It's for train tickets in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan
We visited Japan and used the Sapporo rail line thinking that the return cost was around $60 for the 2 of us tops but was surprised to come back to a $163 charge on our credit card . Not sure if we were scammed or not but it seemed very excessive for the trip we did
