My last credit card statement had three fraudulent charges on it, two from Toronto at the same merchant and one more for hotwire sales final 1920 634 3150. All transactions were produced on the same day. The three charges were a total of $1606.00. Charges have been reported to card issuer.
I was surprise but find that it is for an hotel reservation on www.hotwire.com Instead of seeing the name of the hotel, it appears as "hotwire final".
Fraud: Hotwire Sales Final 1920 634 3150 I had the same fraud on 23 april 2016; first they tested it with a payment of 1 € and then they asked 635 € for HOTWIRE GERMANY PARIS FRA and finally the credit card had been charged with 401 euro and credited at the same day because i informed my credit card institute about the fraud (i receive always SMS when there is a booking). Credid card was blocked immediatley. There was no help from Hotwire company. I contacted Hotwire but they asked me to call the customer service center in USA because they didn t want to call me or the work on my complain via email.
Hotwire final took out 203$ from my account. Scammers !! Smh go F'n work for money instead of scamming people !
Now they are in South Africa, the took money from my account. Who are these people and do we get help?
