You can supposedly unsubscribe - by typing in email address, and click unsubscribe on their sites - DOES NOT WORK. Fill in the customer service forms on their sites then you get an email from Roberto "Hello, Your request #1150956 (for example) has been received and will be processed by our Support Team within 24-48 hours. If you have any additional comments, reply to this email. Here you can manage your subscription: http://gochrg.com/abonnements. Not until you have been charged the £49.95 will the service be cancelled that is if it is????. You also may have unwittingly also signed up another service in what appears to be a legit service with a brilliant website to match. I have had a charge on my bank account for this and have absolutely no idea what it is for! Have cancelled direct debit and asked for a refund but have had no response!
