WAS CHARGE ON MY DEBIT CARD ON 02/22/2016 FOR 4.99 DID NOT AUTH. THE CHARGE. PLEASE CANCEL ANY FUTURE CHARGES.

Have been charged on credit card a fee that has never been authorized. Reported to credit card company & an investigation was done with a letter sent to me saying the fraudulent investigation has been resolved. But again , I get a charge on my card. This is BS.

This charge appeared on my card in January 2017 and has been on every month since then, I have tried to have my credit card company stop it, they seem to be unable to do it. I had no idea who these people are and have never ordered anything from them or authorized that they access my card. There are so many complaints on line I believe that these people are responsible and this is just theft.

I just found 15 charges on my buisness debit card for 24.99. The first charge was smaller of 4.99. Going to the bank now to resolve this.

Have had many charges to my account and have told my bank they were not authorized. Issue me a new card and the they show up again even though I did not use my card anywhere. Bank told me visa is giving them access to my account. Either way I now have to shut down my account and reopen a new one to stop this. What a pain. Bank can't block the charges so now I have to change everything.

August 18, 2020 Was charged 5.65 four times for one app. Called the number to resolve and get a refund to find out, by answering their questions, I subscribed to a completely new product. I've called the bank to dispute the charges, but was told, since I authorized the charges, they cannot be removed. I told them to dispute it any way because I only authorized one charge. Now I have 4 extra charges. When I tried calling the company back, no one answers and all you get it ads. I may have to close out my account and do the same as Charles.

I had 8 charges totalling over $600 on my debit card and had no idea what twitch was! Still dealing with the bank.

I have 4 charges on my credit card statement I called the company and they try and get you to go through an automated system to supposedly "cancel" whatever the is but it asked for all your information again and then says " will u b using a credit or debit card I freaked out I spent 15 minutes arguing with the Indian rep to which he hung up on me I'm on the phone now with the credit card now

Discovered three charges on my debit card 7/10/2021 ! Never heard of that company nor authorized any payments. Ordering new debit card, bank will resolve the issue.

Discovered 4 charges on against my bank account. Never heard of this company prior and did not authorize payment. Bank disputing and returning funds to account. Also getting new debit cards.

Found 5 charges on my bank account today. all small charges but all back to back. Reporting them now.

Did it for my Great grandson one time, they later came back (5 days later) and charged me $14 unauthorized. Called credit card and disputed and stopped future charges, Go Discover!!!!!

A charge showed up on my account for 21.72 that I did not authorize. I called number for them and it’s discounted. After reading comments posted I am changing banks and canceling on cards associated with bank. I can’t believe that they haven’t been stopped.

I noticed that there was a charge attempt for over $300 on my credit card last month. Thankfully my card didn't let it go through but now I see another attempt. No clue who they are and for sure never ordered it.

I believe a skimmer was placed in the Chase Bank drive-through cash machine, located at 4 corners Chase Bank in Maple Valley, WA. This cash machine is the only place I have used my debit card.

Also, received 6 charges on my statement yesterday from JTI*TWITCHTV SUB SRVCS CA. 5 charges for a dollar and change, then one additional charge for four dollars and change. Please, someone put these derelict Apes in a cage, so we can poke and spit on them.

I have subscribed to some twitch streamers, but now a charge of $24.95, which I do not know what it is and never authorized this monthly charge, getting states attorney general involved

A fraudulent charge of $1 was posted to my account at 5:14am this morning. Although the bank flagged it without being notified, the bank was also NOT planning to tell me about it. I only know because I set up charge alerts for any amount $1 and above. The bank should always notify a customer when their account has been compromised.

I have charged 5 times $5.51 on 6-13-22 by Twitch 18007467287 and Jti*Twitch Sub Srvcs 425-477-9093 CA. I reported to my bank. This is a fraud.

Saw this charge on my Girl Scouts account this month with a card that I have not used since July (and only used twice to make a donation and to pay for an activity). Reported to the bank and they closed the card. They said the company sets this up as a recurring charge so they would keep getting it every month. ABSOLUTE FRAUD!

I know that TwitchTV is an online gaming platform. Many people have accounts where others can view them playing a specific game. They can earn money through doing this. People buy subscriptions and different things. The only thing I can figure is that I noticed it is linked to Amazon in some way. I’m not exactly sure how or why. I did have a twitch account, but I never put any payment information in it. I never actually used it except to watch one person play an online video game, which is free. No personal information or payment information was ever submitted. So, I have no idea how they got my debit card. I noticed when I did delete the account with twitch, they had a thing showing that it was somehow linked to my Amazon account, which I have no idea how that was even possible.

My parents had 3 charges totaling $17 from a debit card on their check statement. They do not use the card and none of us have ever heard of twitchtv. We canceled the card and will dispute the charges. We don’t know how they got the card information.

Just got a charge of 3.99 on my debit card as a recurring payment from this source. I disputed the charge and blocked the credit card. Don't know if that will help since it is a recurring payment. I will have to call the bank and stop recurring payments also.

3/30/23 card was charged 79.99 got declined than same time another charge for 19.99 bank declined and a third for 7.05. I didn’t authorize any of them. Thankfully the bank didn’t process them but now the hassle of getting anew card.

May 22, 2023. On May 6th, Bill Payment TwitchTV / JTI*TWITCHTV SUB SRVCS SAN FRANCISC CAUS Card #0164, charged $21.00 - 17 times to our non-profit account. We NEVER use this card for purchases and do not know how or why someone would try and steal from us this way... but it did. So far it has been impossible to contact the company but will dispute the charges through our bank. hopefully we can receive reimbursement.

Jun 2023. Several small ($1.00 / $1.40) charges were made to our CC account. I contacted the CC company and reported the fraud. We don't have any JTI*TITCHTV SUB SRVCS account and never had. No idea how our card was compromised. We use it for everything and now I'll spend some "quality time" getting all our accounts updated. KEEP a close eye on all your financial accounts! I do and caught this immediately.

Saw 3 charges on my acct 2 for 21.15 & 1 for $7.95. Never authorized these charges & have never heard of Twitch TV. Called bank & did a fraudulent dispute. Had to close my debit card. Bank did have a phone number for twitch. I called the number but recording directed me to their website.

Someone charged a recurring fee of $49.90 to my debit card for TWITCH on 9/1/2023. Thank God I immediately received a fraud alert text message.

Had three unauthorized charges of 64.40 all at the same time and date on my debit card which I have never used! My bank sent me an alert about suspicious activity but paid the charges anyway! I closed out that card--which I never wanted in the first place--and disputed the charges. Am now waiting for the bank to put the money back in my account. Why can't these people be shut down?

I have never even heard of this before, but somehow they managed to charge my account $64.40 so I had to go to the back and cancel my card and get a new one and they had to fill out fraud paperwork and it could take 5 - 10 business days to even get my money back.....so angry that there are people out there that are taking others hard earned money so easily. 😡😡😡

Just found a $378 from Jti*TwitchTV Sub Srvcs Pos on 09/27/2023. We do not do any live streaming or any gaming, which after some research a charge like this would be for. This was charged on my business acct card. My bank is filing as fraudulent activity.

I was charged twice and then the charges were reversed by the company. Then they attempted to do a larger charge over $100, and my bank denied it. I called the bank today, and disputed the charges. My bank canceled my debit card and now I have to wait on a new one. And redo all my auto payments. What a pain!

Showed up this morning I had to look up what twitch even was. Ugh that was my last 20 in my account and I needed it for gas.

Got a notification from my credit union, they blocked a suspicious transaction. Luckily, they contacted me right away. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCUMBAGS!!! Notify whoever can deal with this properly. I'm getting into that as soon as I finish this post.

I happened to check my account 1/21/24 and had a charge of $14.00 for POS DEBIT TWITCH +14254779093 CA. I called Chase Bank and they cancelled my card and are reversing the charge. There was also a $1.00 charge pending but Chase caught this as fraud and credited the $1.00 back automatically. I did a search on Twitch to see what in the world it is and found this helpful site. I also called the number about for Twitch and got a recording.

Had a bogus charge from twitch TV for $19.95 appear as a charge to my debit card. I never ordered it. Chase is following up on the charge.

Never knew the twicth thing but on Jan. 26, 2024 the thing charged me $1 that was refunded the same day. Called bank to replace card right away. However, the following day, on Jan. 27, 2024, the same charge happened again on the card just ordered and yet to arrive in a week!!!

isn't twitch tv part of amazon? I canceled the card, changed passwords and checked pc for spyware (but found nothing). if people are experiencing similar 7 dollar charges there was a data breach somewhere, otherwise how did they get our bank card numbers.

I too have Chase and noticed the $1 authorization and “credit”. I immediately called Chase and reported the fraud and canceled that card. I hate these scammers.

Luckily the bank caught the unauthorized charge and cancelled my card; however, I am an o-t-r truck driver and just left earlier this morning - now without a card! I NOTICED QUITE A FEW COMPLAINTANTS ABOVE ALL HAVE THE SAME 'CHASE' BANK (as do I)!! This seems a little strange to me. Maybe something we should look into!

Thank goodness I receive alerts for all purchases on my Visa. I received a text this evening for a $1 charge from JTI*TWITCHTV SUB SERVICES which I know nothing about. I immediately turn my card off and then call the bank. I'm not affiliated with Chase like I've heard others mention. Looks like this company has been doing the same scam for nearly 10 years.

Jti*twitchtv Sub Srvcs, w/phone #425-477-9093, CA, appeared on my TD bank DEBIT card flag as a "test" charge of 0.00. I never use my Debit card for this purpose, and don't have TWITCH. I chk 4 skimmers, use complex p.w., use mult-auth methods, hv private VPN, RFID-everything, doesn't seem to matter. Now canceling my cards....AGAIN.
