Lindal Hall on August 18, 2020

Scam. Taken £1 for a survey and is a recurring subscription to gambling site. £49

Jane on August 19, 2020

Just completed a Sainsbury’s survey, answering a few brief questions and then offering free gifts as a reward at the beginning and end. One of which is an iPhone 11 For which you pay £1 and then complete your bank details, email address and telephone number. Got suspicious and tried to contact Sainsbury, but cannot get through and their website just takes you around the houses. Did manage to leave a voicemail on Sainsbury’s number looked up online of 01637 849500, local store to Newquay. Trying to get through to my bank on the phone now and in a queue, after checking my bank account online statement and discovering £1 taken out from MergeMyBill7.Com

Guy Sutton on August 30, 2020

I have the same deduction from my credit card. How do I stop it?

John Murray on September 01, 2020

I will not put down myn story as it is almost a carbon copy of everyone elses. However I am furious with my bank who say they cannot help me. So I have taken the initiative to open a Youtube channel to expose these scamers. I want nothing in return but as much info as you can get me. My email is john-mm@live.co.uk my Youtube channel is John Murray. Lets turn the table on these parasites.

Nofor Ali on September 02, 2020

0 I stupidly thought I’d win an iPhone 11 for £1, (yes I know what you’re thinking). I first got charged £1 but then a today I have been charged another £49.95 byMERGEMYBILL7.COM and I have no idea who these are. Absolutely fuming! Another trip to the bank!

Pauline Hobgen on September 02, 2020

Snap Nofor Ali, I should no at my age that you don't get something for nothing, am absolutely livid as it has taken my D/D money

Lesley on September 02, 2020

All of the above happened to me, call your bank they can stop them from taking any more money out but the bank won’t refund the first £49.95 back as they say you have provided your bank details so a £1 survey turns into nearly £50 out of pocket. Fuming 😤

Pauline Layne on September 02, 2020

Yes the same happen to me, they took £1 out then put it back in. i looked at my account today a saw that £49.95 had been taken from my card, the first thing you should do is contact your bank and put a stop to the amount coming out of your card. If your bank does not help you email support@mybill7.com and asks them to cancel your subscription then for them to refund your money.

Ray Carlton September03 2020 on September 03, 2020

This has also happened to me, I was made aware by my bank sending me an email for confirmation of a transaction from my account the bank has now cancelled my card and issued a new one but I cannot get the initial 49.95 pounds back and I didn't get the phone ☹️

DEBBIE on September 03, 2020

DOES ANYONE HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER OR EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THESE BASTARDS AS I WOULD LIKE TO GET MY £49.95 BACK ??????? I HAVE TOLD THE BANK TO STOP ANY FURTHER TRANSACTIONS WITH THIS MERCHANT BUT ITS DOWN TO ME TO TRY AND RETRIEVE MY MONEY DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY CONTACT INFORMATION PLEASEE?

Garry Ives on September 03, 2020

Done an online sainsburys survey to win an iPhone 11, £1 charge , have taken £47.95, gutted I fell for the scam

Pingu61 on September 09, 2020

I fell for this scam paid £1 to then find £49.98 from my account i am very upset as cannot afford to lose this money as the bank said i had to recover my money and that it was my fault for giving my details which i certainly did not want to hear

Amelia on September 10, 2020

If you contact them on their website you can just ask for your money back. No point posting on here when you can just email them & get your money back

Johnathan on September 12, 2020

I've got to say that a lot of you are just pure naive and a bit silly. Don't just give your bank details out on the internet if your not familiar with the company, especially those those you navigated through ads. Stick to reputable websites like Amazon, eBay etc. I work for a major bank and you can't believe how silly some people are. If it's too good to be true, it probably is!

Husnain on September 14, 2020

We don't want your scribe give a money back

Julie on September 16, 2020

The same just happened to me twice a payment of £1 came out then 7 days later £49.95 has been taken that was my gas and electric money the bastards how the hell can they do this it’s fraudulent subscription my bank has done nothing I’m furious I did not authorise for this company to take this I’ve now set up Apple Pay so apparently you don’t have to put your card details on you can pay £1 and nothing else can be taken these scammers can find out wether or not you have Apple Pay if u don’t then they trick u into beleaving your a lucky winner for iPhone 11 so you put your card details over then boom they’ve got you I’m fuming every two weeks this £49.95 is supposedly going to come out my bank I’ve pleaded with the bank which said it’s a retailers dispute and done nothing I’m furious and I’m a thicko for falling for it bastards I’m going to stop my card tomoz because I’m pretty sure the bank don’t giv a shit protect your phone with Apple Pay guys !! 🤬
