I have been charged twice I called customer service and they assured me they would stop taking money out of my account and would make sure I would get refunded the money they keep taking out...which they did not do...so here I go yet again calling customer service. Grrrrrr not happy

This company is a scam, terrible customer service. ordered 1 product, then it became auto ship with multiple deductions.
This is a complete scam. I have no idea who or what this company is? They have been taking out of my account since January of 2023. I have been trying to get my bank to block these transactions. They have now taken or charged me over $742. Grrrrrrr
I purchased a 1 time supply ensured not AUTO SHIP I never authorized auto ship or ongoing services! I need a customer service number! They have hit my PayPal 3times for $77 and I have received NOTHING! I'm done with these scams! I removed my card from PayPal hoping this stops it until I can get a refund!!!
