I have a payment to smartly Macquarie par on my credit card statement ????? for $50.47
I have a charge to my ANZ Bank account and I believe it should not have been paid as my normal Optus Bills are on Auto Debit to another account in another Banking facility.
3 charges on my vredit card from "Iss Facility Services Ausmacquarie Perau". On the 4th May 2021. I dont know what that is? I was working night shift.

OPTUS BILLING SERVICES MACQUARIE PARAUAU showed up on my account as PENDING for $648.00. My Bank cancelled my card after I alerted them
Somebody was helping themselves to 198.50 a month and I cancelled my card and launched a bank dispute, and the bank tells me to ask Optus to confirm the charges, but Optus says because it wasn't on my account, they can't help me.
I was checking my account when I saw almost $150 from this unknown source. So immediately went to check google to see where this was and it's very helpful to know others have also had issues with this
"Optus Billing Pay My B Macquarie Par Au" occurred on 19th Feb for $500.00, the next day I was hit with 6 more from "Loadshift Sydney Au" and "Hume City Council Broadmeadows Au"... 17,000 in total maxing my credit card.
So my wife and I noticed this charge. And for us this is a charge from optus for a phone upgrade. And it was a charge that we initiated.
