Second year of Optus Sport App on my phone 0438884456. I subscribed on 12 June 2021 paid $99.00, It was renewed automatically on 12 June 2022 for $99.00 I have been trying to cancel it and or obtain a refund for the second payment. The Optus Sport app does not allow me me to get in, even with email ID and correct password. I spoke over the phone today and I am not to be found anywhere within Optus records.
