I think its a fee that online service charges you for the payments from their website. It says that you need to add 2.50 to your ticket if you are paying online. Most people just pay for the ticket without including the service fee of the website. So it gets charged later on to the same credit card you used while paying for the ticket.

Just disputed the charge with CC. They had no problem doing this. We'll see what happens.
