I ordered a pair of frames and they are too large. I need to return them, but there was no packing slip with them. I unknowingly used our old email address, not knowing my husband had changed it. Therefore I did not get a copy of the receipt or the transaction. I did, however get the receipt and transaction numbers. These were paid for with a credit card thru Pay Pal. I need a packing slip and a refund of $72.94. I would appreciate a response from you. Melba

I can't seem to get an information on this business. There is, however a eyeglass business by the name of "4SHADES4U''. What should I do? I have already spoke to someone at pay pal.
