My bank statement referred to CUROPAY*BITLOVE INC and I had to use a search engine to identify the payee. It was Fetlife. I believed I was to pay them $5 but they took $30. Their website was ambiguous as to whether this amount was all, or a part of a larger transaction, so I wrote and warned them off any further withdrawals. Fetlife state "...if you support us using...Bitcoin, due to the nature of how they work, they are final sale." In other words, no refund. BUYER BEWARE...
It was your mistake, not theirs. It is very clear on their website, that the minimum subscription is 30 dollars for 6 months. That's 5 dollars a month. From what you've written, it looks like you paid by credit card, not bitcoin, and they DO give refunds. Fetlife is an excellent and honest site, and I think it's unfair that you reported them here.
Fetlife CLEARLY says, "$30 for 6 Months. $5/month." I agree with the whole "Buyer Beware" thing, but, in this case, you misread what you were buying. I've supported them in the past & I will again. They've never overcharged me or cheated me.
