Ebay Purchase they must of ran through PayPal.
i have tried to buy a 3d printer on ebay and the payment was done to *CTCELECTRON after a while i didnt receive any product i wanted the seller to refund my money back and he said ok. than i got a mail from service@intl.paypal.com that money will be refunded but it may take up to 30 days because payment was done by a credit card. after 30 days when i started to search about the mail adress and when i started to ask about my refund to paypal, i have found that this mail adress is scam. so *CTCELECTRON is fraud they have sent me fake refund mail and i am still waiting for my money. i hope ebay helps about this situation.
