It is an ebay vendor: https://www.ebay.com/sch/blowitoutahere/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_ipg=&_from= I purchased a DVD from them.
The charge showed up on CC statement and we didn't recognized it because of the weird merchant name. I called papal directly and the rep was able to trace the charge to a DVD purchase by my husband thru ebay. The charge was slightly above $8 and legitimate. I wish the description on cc statement would be more meaningful then just PAYPAL *DIRECTTOULL & phone #.
I got a charge from Directtoull on my credit card bill on 11-15 through PayPal that I did not make.
