Guarentecel is a legit company. If you purchased a phone or a phone accessory on eBay it makes sense. The company it GuarunteeCellular.com. They only have a certain number of characters that they can use so they shortened it. I didn't remember using PayPal for it but that is the only transaction that makes sense for my phone
