I ordered two shirts and a necklace way back in February. I thought I was ordering from RoseGal but a charge from IVAN from PayPal was e-mailed to me .i thought it was strange because it 'wasn't the full price of my order. But it said sent from PayPal so I didn't think anything else about it.until I realized it's been almost 2months since I placed this order.i haven't received any of my order. I have a receipt from RoseGal and IVAN .i don't recommend buying from RoseGal. I guess I got scamed.
Also had ordered from RoseGal and because i saw it was thru PayPal did not question it until a full year and close to $200 taken out of my account later. They were such small increments (usually around $15) recurring every month that it didn't raise any alarms. Luckily PayPal has a 180 day dispute policy so I'll be gettin on that right quick! Too bad because i really did enjoy shopping with RoseGal... I wonder if they realize they are being used and losing costumers.
