I ordered a pink punk bracelet and it has been charged on my credid card on 11th July but the order has not arrived from PayPal *Newfrog.Com order no. 83719029
I found a charge on my Visa card that said PAYPAL *NEWFROG COM. I did not recognize it, so I opened my PayPal account and found no purchases for that entire month, but my credit card has been debited $16.33 and I still don't know what that purchase is for. I am very suspicious. I plan to call Visa next.
Ordered Digital water tester on 31/05/2018. Money taken out of bank account pretty quickly but no sign of item as yet (11/07/2018) Unable to track item. Sent emails but awaiting reply.
