Was on my paypal account and was not authorized
A charge for verticalscr was on my most recent credit card statement dated 12/7/19 for 74.70. Called PayPal and the agent, a foreigner, says he could not help me unless I gave him the entire credit card number. I gave him the date of the transaction, the reference number and the amount. He said they had no way to track it with the information I gave him. I refused to give him my email address or the entire credit card number and I do not and never will have a PayPal account. What do I do now?

My charge was for a background check on a employment candidate of mine. It’s legit.
Totally forgot about this charge... It was for electronic fingerprinting as part of pre-employment!
