I paid my medical bill with my VISA card, using the phone number provided on the bill, for an appointment at Providence Health & Service. I received an e-mail receipt from PHS WAMT E Bus Office. Everything went through fine. I called the Olympia Providence business office and they verified it is them.

This charge seems to be related to Providence Medical Group (PMG). I found the need to have my bank start researching this to find out why all other charges from PMG, Everett, WA, are showing up as a WA charge except this one. At the moment this is suspicious and will wait until it is resolved by my bank. I have since changed my account # and have my bank re-issue new ATM’s,and Account #’s
