What kind of idiot staff do you employ? Who cashes a $3,000.00 credit card account without looking for supporting name/address identification? How dumb can you get? or, are getting? Of course it was a Theft ID!!!! I suppose you don't have cameras either. A clue to HR prior to hiring: if the applicant drools while talking, don't bother hiring that person to represent your company; chances are they won't have the smarts to check ID on a $3,000.00 deposit.
