I didn't know what it was at first but now I remember, I'm subscribed to an online video channel that apparently they run. Found it here https://www.pivotshare.com/discover/.

Fitfusion is coded as Pivotshare on your CC Bill. This is a monthly charge for workout routines you can watch online.

Just noticed 10 Visa Card charges of US$15 each from April 2017 - all unauthorized - a fraudulent claim pending.

Apparently, they are still at it! Now, while Pivotshare itself is an actual company, this scam is impersonating them. On January 27, 2021, they placed a pending charge on my PayPal debit card for $14.88 that would be completed on February 3rd, so I could not report it in the usual way through PayPal's resolution center - I had to call PayPal (if you need to do this, just go to "help at the very bottom of any PayPal page you are logged in on, and their phone number shows up with a temporary number to use). I asked the customer service representative how they may have gotten my card number and she explained it could have been one of those card readers installed which they can now hide very well on gas stations, etcetera, so they are sending me a new PayPal debit card. It may be worth it to get gas by going inside to the cashier instead of at the pump.

Yes they are still at it. I attempted to block the vendor from my Citibank visa card, but they do not have that ability. If PivotShare has been highjacked, then they do a terrible job of assisting. They did have my email so I was able to reset the password. Strange that they had it. I then attempted to update the payment info, in the "My account" section, but I received an error. I then tried to contact support thru their IM, and received another error. I then called their number which does not take calls and directs you to their support email. I stopped their. I will cancel my card and start over.

Same issues as above. I had to cancel my credit card to get these payments to stop!

If you've signed up to a video streaming service lately, it's probably that. Check their website, they have a list of companies they work with.
