Signed up for a Microsoft approved anti-virus software and was charged 3 separate times. Now I'm receiving monthly charges over $ 50.00 for the same software.y5RfGY
Paddle.com is a payment processor. I've seen them appear on my card twice when purchasing downloadable software. In my case, it was for "Tailwind UI" and "Wallaby JS".

What Paul said below is correct. Paddle.com is a 100% legitimate payment processor platform that many businesses and software companies use to process their payments. If you're like me, you're probably visiting this page because you found a credit card charge from "PP*PADDLE.COM" on your statement and are wondering what it is. Paddle.com is similar to other payment processors like PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or Square Point Of Sale. If you see "PP*PADDLE.COM" showing up in your credit card statements, it's OK: You probably purchased an order or subscription or software from an online business that uses Paddle.com in order to process online credit card payments from customers like you. Don't worry -- just double-check the receipts of any online shopping you did lately, and see if any transaction amounts match the $X.XX you see on your credit card statement. Like PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or Square Point Of Sale... instead of the company name that you purchased from showing up on your statements, "PP*PADDLE.COM" may show up in your credit card purchases instead. It's like "PAYPAL" or "SQUARE" showing up in your statements when you pay someone through PayPal or Square Point Of Sale, all of which are also payment processing platforms that enable merchants to take credit card payments. I got a credit card charge from "PP*PADDLE.COM" because I purchased some Photoshop plug-ins from an online store for image editing, and those purchases showed up as "PP*PADDLE.COM" on my credit card statements. In my confusion, as I didn't immediately recognize the charge, I did a quick Google and landed on this page where I see others were also wondering the same thing. I hope this helps! :)
