Hi - I had the same confusion and then realized it's an 'offline' payment service for micro- and small services, run by PayPal. So if you purchased something in person on a market or small shop on the day, this is how it shows up as 'Business'. A hint can be found in the 'Description' field, in my case, the name of the person who sold a jacket to me in Spitalfields. Took a good 15 minutes to figure this one out...

Thanks for that DK-Stefan, my charge was a taxi too, but i would never have worked it out :)
