Made on debit card. Originally £1.00 from account. Got refunded from 360 VITAPRO.COM now got £49.95 pending transaction on debit card awaiting see what happens thru bank. Tried to get website from google but nothing.
I checked my bank account on Christmas Day and there was a charge of £49.95 that was pending from Christmas Eve from PRO MAKOK7.COM, going too the bank to get it back.
Originally £1.00 taken from my account then £49.95. Tried to find who vitalokmak7.com was and so have my bank but to no avail. Have contacted the fraud dept of my bank to see what they can do.
My credit card was debited £49.99 on 22/12/20. I am now trying to get my money back. The website okmak7.com gives no information about the "services" it provides. Clearly a scam.
Hello! I want my money back please! You took my money twice!
Clicked a link on an ebay page that said I could win a free iPhone. The site said I'd won a free Samsung Galaxy and I had to authorise a payment of £1 to VITA OKMAL7.COM. I looked for any hidden charges in the T&Cs and there weren't any. A couple of days later, I found that the £1 had been refunded and £49.95 had been charged. I posted a warning on my Facebook timeline and it came up with a hyperlink which contained an email address. I emailed info@okmal7.com and they said I'd signed up for a month's free trial subscription which I hadn't cancelled. It was only 3 days max between when I clicked the link and when they charged me £49.95. I've raised a dispute with my bank
This £1 is shown on my credit card, want it refunded please.
I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL SUBCRETION
I noticed a payment for £1.10 VITAL OKMAK7.COM on my bank account and then another for £48.50 a week later. Called the bank and cancelled the card then reported as fraud. The bank refunded my money and cancelled the subscription that had been setup..
chageed 1.00 frommy account for smoeing
Similar to Steve Thomas's review of the 14th January 2021 i visited a seller's site on Ebay yesterday and after making a purchase noticed a "Free Gift" link in the top left of the page. After (now appears to be foolishly) clicking the link I apparently, after completing a couple of tasks, won a Macbook. Like everyone else I have been charged the nominal £1.00 initially. As I had not received any confirmation email from them regarding the "win" I became suspicious and after making several searches via Google I reached this Scam reporting page. I have therefore cancelled my credit card today.
do not use
They post an official ad on eBay telling people that they have been chosen to take part in a competition to win a Mac Book for £1. Beware it is a SCAM!!! This should be not taking place!! eBay should block them!!
Somehow when searching for Bank of America's London office details, I got onto a web page that offered a competition in which the prize was an Apple Mac laptop. Foolishly, I hit the right box (out of 20 displayed) & won the prize, but I had to pay £1.00 to get it. I entered the details from my Nationwide credit card & paid the £1.00. 12 hours later I had a call from Nationwide security saying that they think MAX OKMAK7.com is a suspect vendor. They immediately put a block on my Credit Card & are now issuing me with a new card / card number. I don't expect to receive the prize - or to get my £1 back - but at least the loss is small and now MAX OKMAK7.com can't take a penny more from me! Thanks Nationwide security.
After posting my first ever review of Trustpilot (I am not that big a user of internet services) I swas invited to take part in a free competition to win a Samsung S20. I won! Pai £1.00 delivery charge but no phone arrived. I now notice I have been debited the usual 49.95. Halifax/Bank of Scotland are refusing to refund. Any ideas anybody?
I'm the same Alan... They've took £48.50 from my account on the 1/2/2021 and the Bank of Scotland told me that they would contact the company and if my money wasn't back in my account today but BANK OF SCOTLAND have just told me sorry but we can't give you this back.. Hopefully someone will find a way to speak to the company and get the money back...
I WOULD BE GRATEFUL IF ANYONE GOT THEY'RE MONEY BACK FROM THE BANK OF SCOTLAND or ARE THEY STILL SAYING IT'S YOUR FAULT....? SURELY A BANK SHOULD HAVE NOTICED VITAL OKMAK7.COM WAS A SCAM AND STOP THEM GOING INTO ANYONE'S ACCOUNT AS IT'S BEEN REPORTED BY PEOPLE AT THE START OF DECEMBER 2020.. I STILL THINK YOU SHOULD BE REFUNDED AS UR BANK CAN SEE WHICH ACCOUNT TOOK IT AND WHERE IT IS NOW.. PLZ LEAVE FEEDBACK THANKSLL
