Charge for accommodation at Séjours & Affaires Reims Clairmarais in Reims
Same as Pete, it's the charge from accommodation in Reims booked via booking.com. Thought it was suspicious but this website helped me realise what it was!

I have reservation on Booking in Paris on this card. However, it should be paid upon checkin tomorrow! The payment failed because I dont keep that amount of money/high limit on the card until needed, in order to not be surprised like this ;)

Je comprends grâce aux autres expérience d'où vient le mouvement... mais complètement illégitime car je n'ai même pas confirmé de réservation du prestataire "Séjours & Affaires" sur booking (uniquement une consultation pour comparaison avec une autre plate-forme). ça n'inspire pas confiance sur les pratiques commerciales.
