What's this for? How did they get my card number? I've never even heard of them.
Animal Registry, change of ownership
Tina Dennis comment on January 09, 2019 is correct. I bought a rescue cat from Pet City and the animal registration, change of ownership part was a separate transaction of $15 that got deducted at a later date.
