Showed up in May 2016. I keep close track of our card and we did not make a purchase for that amount. Can't even find out what the purchase supposedly is.
I have no idea what it's for ...I emailed them and tried calling...no luck...any info what this is would be greatly appreciated

Safects.com transactions are definately fraud, the website is pathetic, any attempt at emailing these !%^$ers doesn't get a response, I was charged over 5 separate transactions over 5 months at least $60 per month, the only way to ^$#! them off for good is to contact your bank to cancel your card and have a new one issued. ^$#!ing painful.
I just got hit for a $16.65 charge and never heard of this group! How do I get refunded? I wrote to them but will have to wait til next week to get an answer.
