I never subscribed. Please remove the charge from my credit card.
I was billed 455.0 AND $25.00 DOLLARS ON jANUARY 5TH FOR A MEMBERSHIO+P TO REDCLOIUDS FOR USER ACCOUINTG awhityty@hotmail.com. There tech support was a joke and I would like my money refunded
I reported this charge to citibank and it was erased from my CC. This is fraud, you are wrong in calling this legit. Get your act together and don't mislead customers.
i recieved a sms message saying that i paid 55 usd for something i don't know about
No clue what this charge is for on my Mastercard.
It's an adult site where members can view and vote on pictures (or videos) uploaded by other members. Several sections (pics, video, archive) at $25-30/year, $55 for all. There certainly have NOT been a lot of unexpected charges from them (or spam mail). My renewal, wihich just happened appears to be a year afer the last one, so they aren't overbilling as far as I can tell. They state that the subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled. I don't think that's so good, but it's stated right under the price. Similarly for the "all section" subscription a monthly price ($4.58) is quoted but right under that it states you'll be billed $55/year. While not optimum, I think a lot of subscriptions, ranging from websites to newspapers do this. I am guessing people don't recognize the charge that comes through as "social media" rather than "redclouds.com" or "voyeurweb.com", or they didn't notice or don't remember a year later, that it will renew.
