Had over $200 taken by this 'purchase' but got it back once i told the bank.
My TD Bank in Ottawa reported this as suspicious to me. My debit card was destroyed and replaced. The bank is investigating as I have never ordered this article.
Just had a $704 transaction on my credit card. Crdit Card company reversed the charge, blocked the card for me.
Also had two charges from SoftMoc on my CC which were not mine. Reported it and was issued a new CC.
There were 9 charges from SoftMoc 8464 Whitby On. on my Visa. Reported it and will be issued a new card.
$678.30 was charged from SoftMoc 8464 WHITBY, L1N 2C3. Reporting it now.
Five (5) unauthorized transactions by SOFTMOC 8464 WHITBY CA, total of almost $1,000 CAD. Reported to Softmoc customer service but they were unhelpful and defensive, saying there is nothing wrong on their end. Couldn't explain why I did not receive order confirmation emails on any of these so called orders on mine. Somebody please investigate Softmoc. Looks like there is internal fraud happening within this company.

666.68 charged on my debit and I live 100 km away never been. Internal fraud happening with this store report it right away and stop these crooks
$1550 charge on my MasterCard from SoftMoc Whitby, ON. WHITBY, 124, L1N 2C3 I do not have my credit card saved to their website so am unsure how the obtained my card number. In the process of disputing the transaction.

Two charges at $333.34 = $668.68 Feb. 18, 2022 Bank blocked card, cancelled, and issued new card. Under investigation.
April 5th, 2022 Softmoc 8464, $225.99. Apparently this fraud is going on for years and no one is doing anything about it!!!

The only charges in the past months exept this scam where with walmart ... suspicius ...
