You have to agree to sign up with them first, give them permission to access your computer, they load a program on your computer and monitor any incoming viruses or malware. It is a service that ROKU sponsors. I got a ROKU and it would not work on my home network without this program. I got a repeated error when trying to access my ROKU, but as soon as this program was installed, it worked fine. If you have a ROKU, you will probably get billing through SQ Knack - it is not a scam, and you have to approve it first.
