Unlawfully debited £291.69, I will be contacting Mastercard FRAUD Dept first thing tomorrow. FRAUDSTERS
same got 2 unauthorised transactions from my mastercard debit, Ive never used their services, they were for $148 and $43 AUD
Turned off auto renew right after sign up for the trial. Still got charged one month later!
I believe it is a fraud charge, I do not have a shutterstock account. Having my bank look into it on monday.
Shutterstock dubiously charge me few hours ago without prior notice neither was I informed their system runs auto renewal. The dubiously hide the information from you and would received any inform prior and after you have been charged except your card or bank debit alert. Worst of all is that I contacted their customer service for cancellation of the subscription but was told I have to pay another $20 before the subscription can be cancelled. Those guys are crazy and scam
Hi from 2022. Same sh!t happens. Cancelled an auto renewal and even removed my billing data but in spite of that was charged. Of course there wasn't any notice before charge. No way I will use Shuttershock in future.
Got a text from my credit card provider query a 0.00GBP to STK*Shutter*%#^. Rang them as I've never heard of this company, they blocked my card and advised that a 0.00 GBP transaction is a scam test.
Had 2 transactions, 1 cancelled and 1 pending for $31.39 and I’ve never used this company
If my card wasn't empty I would've been charged now I don't know if I want to even load my card or get a new one
A transaction to STK Shutterstock was attempted on a discontinued credit card. My credit card company notified me and suggested I call them. It was a suspicious conversation with someone who I believe was maybe in China or the Philippines. She was not concerned about the charge, but she did want my full credit card number and my email address , which I did not give. She said she needed it to research the purchase, but I told her the purchase had been declined by my card company, and if the last 4 digits of the old card and our name is not enough to do the research, that’s their problem. I am very suspicious about the phone call and the company.
I got this charge in July 2022. When I called my credit card company, they cancelled my card and sent me a new card with new numbers. A month later, I received this charge again on my new credit card!! I asked my credit card company if they can block this merchant. They said unfortunately they cannot do that. I can the Shutterstock contact and spoke to two reps. Both sound like Indian.

Attend to charge £0.00 which my card provider blocked and marked as suspicious- I don't have any account there and I didn’t even know what shutterstock is till now…
I just received a notice I was charged $101.10 from STK*SHUTTERSTOCK. Never received services from this company. I will call my bank first thing in the morning.
Tried to do a scam test on me this morning for £0.00 was advised by bank, that they needed to stop the charge and replace my card otherwise i would get charged next month
Got notification about the charge USD1.01 on my credit card for 2 times but so far my credit card statement did not show any deductions. But I have notified Maybank about this and now waiting for their response.

I found on my account a scam charge and stop charging my account.
I discover that my acount has been charged and it is a scam charge.

STK placed a hold on my checking account for a subscription I have no knowledge about. I don’t know this company nor have I dealt with any of their affiliates. It is scary how these scammers were able to link themselves to my account information. #shuttesesxammersdown.
I have an account with shutterstock, and the billing date matched my subscription plan. Legitimate for me.
