Really do not know how to describe a transaction I know nothing about
I bought books only 1 time for Christmas gift, and now every month they charged me 2 times, each time more than us$20, and I never receive anything. This is a scam. I called to our bank, and they said that there was a subscription between me and that service (I was not aware of), and the bank could not overide it, unless I contact that place to cancel it and if they don't respond accordingly, then the bank will step in to help, I contacted the phone of them today (Sunday) and it said of account number (I never have account number at them, and they only work since Monday to Friday. So I will call to their number 800-7241818 again next Monday to see what will be.
