It is a restaurant in the Cincinnati airport called "the Local"
My manager was there and her total bill was 27.93+4:07 (tips) dollars total 32 dollars. We have the paper bill. The transaction on her credit card was then 58 dollars. How do we get this difference back? how do they do that ?
see above comment. They responded quickly and refunded us the extra charge. Very reactive company. Some restaurants cheat on tips and never reply to any email or even phone calls. The Local was very honest and replied in 24h.
