TORONTO RSD PARKING is a parking ticket
My Visa was compromised, for 4 charges ( 3 X $31.50 and 1 X $101.50) in the year 2016 $196.00 in total. I cannot get help from Scotiabank Visa who declare that it was over 90 days from the time I reported the unauthorized charges. I can't even find out who RSD Parking Toronto is and RSD Parking North York. This is very frustrating......that someone was able to hack my credit card and I get no recourse from Scotiabank Visa.
I found a charge of $31.50 on my VISA. No idea why as i never pay that much for parking
