It is definitely a scam. My PayPal credit card was hit with 3 charges in a few hour period, one for $500, another for $500, and a third for $5,000 (USD). I have no idea what this place is or what they do, other than steal people's money. So tired of all the evil in this world. (If you comment, note that the security code is case sensitive.)
