The credit card or bebit card charge from a company that calls it self (USA SET TECH* USA* ) is has coin op. Machines on the washers and dryers at my laundry mate here in portland ,oregon. I thought it wash a scam at first till I figured it out. Because the amount charged on my card co-insdes with to amount that I used my card for at laudry mat. I hope that helps to clear this charge up for everyone.
I saw the same thing on my bank account statement. (USA texh-set USA). For $5. I forgot I went to the laundromat and used my debit card so that's why it took out $5.00

I am a payee for my fiance for SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY. I Went on our app to pay bills and found over $338.67 worth of charges from 01/22-2/8/22! I am not happy and will let you know if they are willing to reimburse him or THIS TURNED INTO A LAW SUIT!
When I first saw it I was ready to go to battle and see what kind of janky bull!$^# somebody was trying to pull, then I realized the charge coincided with using a huge washing machine at the laundromat which was around 12 bucks. So it was actually a legitimate charge. So hopefully if you see that charge you are at a laundromat or some kind of vending machine that cost a few bucks more than usual.

I tried to use my card for $1.25 at a dryer, but it was declined. Immediately afterwards I got a notification that they charged my bank account for the remainder of my bank balance of $3.32 I've never had an issue before, but I sure as hell do now. Back to cash, I guess!
